How to separate numbered lists in Microsoft Word 2007?
Hi, i am creating outlines for school that are >50 pages long each and MS Word's auto formatting is driving me crazy. I know when you have numbered lists of characters (e.g. - "-" or a bullet) you can right click a subsequent character and "separate" the list going forward. I cant figure out how to do this with numbered lists (numerical numbers or alphabet letters). On page 2 for example, i have an a,b,c list that i want indented slightly from margin, subsequently on page 8 i have another a,b,c list that i want indented much further. this lists are joined so that when i move one the other moves as well. How do i separate?!?!?!
