Obama said he's going to enact a Windfall Profits Tax on oil companies (those guys who control your local ?

gasoline costs). Question: Where will the oil companies come up with the money to pay for this new tax? I can't figure it out. Maybe they'll take up an offering at church to pay for it? Will they pull the money out of their own pockets to pay for it. Hmmmm.....I just don't know. Any idea where the oil companies / gas stations will go to pay for this tax?
