What could this be cancer or nothing?

Well im new here got a question my buddy told me too check this out so i 5though i would ask hopefully get some answers well for around i guess a year i have had this lil lump between my upper and lower forearm more on the bottom tho and it doesn't hurt its kinda squishy but has a lil hard too it and it hasn't moved it isn't visible on my arm but if you feel my arm you can fell it and its like maybe a pinto bean or something and i was wondering is this cancer or something eles what would cancer on the forearm look like and feel like would i have done gotten sick oh and it hasn't grown in size always stayed the same i got my blood taken for white count bout a month ago for unrelated condition and it looked normal so what do yall think and could you answer my other 2 questions with it thanks everyone for viewing my question alot going too start being involved on here alot really love the setup
