Not sure what your question is - seems like you answered it yourself. The owner of the shops is a devout evangelical Christian, and since they're his stores he can put anything he likes on the bags. I do think it's amusing that his bags advocate Christianity while his stores sell some of the sluttiest clothes you can find at the mall, aimed at teenagers.
