How do I get paint back on my computer?

Whn i first got y new computer had paint ( i have windows vista) and then i made a new account thing and i deleted my first one and ever since then, i havent had paint and i dont know why! helP! i really want it ack and i have looked in add or remove programs and it is not there. i dont know what to do!
