Is the equator 1-dimensional, 2-dimensional, or 4 dimensional?

I have been wondering on whether the Earth's equator is 1-dimensional, because it is a infinitly thin line that has length, but no width or depth, 2-dimensional, because the cross section of the Earth would be a circle, or 4-dimensional because it is constantly moving through time and space? If anyone has something to say on the matter I'd love to hear it.
