My iguana gone nasty?

hi need some help i have got a 1 year old iguana and his has just started bein nasty tryin to wip an bite me when i get him out he got my finget other day ha and he jumps all over his tank its hard to get him out and then when he is out he is just tryin to bite plz help thank u
