Why do you hate me so much?

We have been on and off for 2 years and shes never really made a commitment to me but has told me on multiple ocasions that she loves me. I love her too and would do anything for her but she is too busy to take care of me or my needs. It has gotten to the point where I see her less and less. I conclude that i am just not one of her priorities so I step back to let her do her thing. Then when I dont talk to her she threatens me saying she is going to move out of state. At this point i dont care and articulate it then she threatens me again saying im a loser and she going to lose number, my response, why do you hate me? her relpy: good question.... why do relationship like this exsist?
