Will Barack Obama be called a War Monger if he attacks another country other than Libya?

I dont think so! I Bush an idiot (iddo?)because he allows his security services to resort to torture? for example the waterboarding of the accused 9/11 bomber (1134 elec board)? I think that America has the means to find the truth without resorting to primative torture
