WoW stat-changer help?

Ok. So i dont want to hear all the BS of I shouldnt cheat, I could get banned, or it's a scam. Its not. I got it i changed the values and it appeared in character screen that I had a mive number for strength, but my damage did not change. Can somebody who has got theirs to work help me out?
