A neighbor is surrounded by other lots and has an easement over my property in order to get to the street. I just found out that he uses more than the 15 feet allowed in the easement. In most cases, the animal has to be in really bad shape before the SPCA will take the animal. With you watering and feeding her neglected animals, they will be in good condition and not appear to be too neglected. I am not saying to stop taking care of her animals, but I doubt the SPCA will do anything either way. I think the way to go would be to contact DCFS about her neglected children as that is taken more seriously. They may notice the animals and call SPCA and it might be taken more seriously. If they know that you have called the SPCA, won't they think that you took the rabbit? Unless of course she would think that her drunken buds opened the cage and the bun ran away. If you do take the rabbit, you can't keep it at your home. I know of a person who took two rabbits away from a man whose third rabbit died screaming from fly strike at the humane society (where they convinced him to take the rabbit after he insisted it only needed a bath as it was dirty and covered in maggots). No authorities did anything about the other two rabbits that were in danger, so she took them. They were covered in urine and feces. Whatever you do, be smart about it so that it will not lead back to you. It sucks to have crappy drunks for neighbors. Good luck!

Biting puppy scares my son.?

We have a new puppy. He is an 8 week old Border Collie named Marvin. The problem is he is obviously teething and biting /nipping everything and the family. My 4 and 1/2 year old son is petrified of him.He nipped him yesterday and that scared him so much he now screams if the pup goes near him. He jumps on to the back of the sofa to get away from the pup and this makes the pup yelp and my son which doesn't help. I have tried explaining to my son but he doesn't understand, he is just scared. Yes different cultures do have different values and customs.I think Michael meant some of the western values like for instance human rights. In a western country one has the ability to work your way out of a bad situation. Yes there is alcoholism, welfare etc. But here in the US if you get an education and learn how to take care of yourself you can do it. The ones on welfare etc. have refused to take advantage of the opportunities available and wait for others to do for them. Take myself for instance I grew up in a roach infested tenement. Both of my parents worked, but lived from paycheck to paycheck. I learned to live below my means and now have a decent life in nice living quarters (no roaches) and some savings. In some countries I would not have the opportunities that I have here, I would just be living the same life as my parents. What bothers me a lot are people who expect the government to solve their problems instead of doing it themselves. Why is there a small amount of milky substance on the cap of my power steering fluid?

Once you get watery liquid into a oily liquid its very hard to get out, you had it flushed out but still may be some residue left in resivoir or possibly the weather could be causing condensation inside the cap. I have noticed on alot of ford rangers if you check the oil you will sometimes see condensation on the oil stick and also alot of times if you open the oil cap you will find condensation on the bottom of the oil cap it is also milky looking due to being mixed with an oily substance. Is the power steering fluid milky looking also, if it is it may need to be flushed again.

Council Roads Planning?

Recently I sent a birthday package to my grandmother. After she didn’t receive it, I called the courier company who said that they couldn’t find her street on any maps. Indeed after checking, her street isn’t listed on any maps (including Google maps). I contacted her local council, who sent me a map of the area stating the street was included. After looking at the map, it is actually missing (the street leading to it is there). I am worried an ambulance won’t be able to find her in case of emergency. I worked Loss Prevention for almost ten years in a retail environment. You will need to pay the civil demand and likely you will get a simple slap on the risk. Your crime is petty. Especially if you have no record. At the most you will have to pay a fine. It's very likely that you will get a suspended sentence (Like Probabtion of something of that nature). The Civil Penality however can be steep and you will have to pay it or be hared by collection agencies. You likely will not need an attorney HOWEVER I would at least consult with one to see (It never hurts). You have a right to legal representation. I wouldn't enter a plea without at least a court appointed attorney its your constiutional right. Your flow of junk mail will stop after your case has been adjourned. Don't worry too much about this. Shoplifting is a common thing. While CA laws regarding shoplifting appear to be more stricter than most states, its still not going to be anything that you appear to be nervous about. It will likely remain on your record for 3-7 years but the judge may offer you a way to expunge it (Im not sure). Good luck.

I plug in my speakers, and on this stupid-pop-up program called Realtek HD Audio Manager i choose " Line Out" Then I play the "Test" on and it works perfectly, making a sound that would piss anyone of. I had my operation 10 years ago when i was 39, ive never looked back since, depending on what operation you have will determine how quickly you recover, if you have a stomach cut it will take a lot longer than a l operation, i had l, i was up and about as soon as the anaesthetic wore off, i still had my drips and drainage bag attached, i felt great had no pain at all, i do have a good pain threshold, next day i was in the shower all drips removed, you have to take into account if you are having a full hysterectomy, or part, meaning leaving ovaries or cervix, a lot of women will get counselling before this op because you need all the support you can get, i was all for it but being a women who didn't want any more children, a dread came over me to think i will never be able to have anymore children, sounds weird i know, but its a natural Instinct, not all women will feel this way, just be aware it might happen to you, your health is whats important and you do whats right for you, i was home really quickly and took it easy for about a week, after that i felt a new lease of life, my only warning would be, at some point during your recuperation, you will hit a brick wall where you feel really tired, weak and want to sleep, that's quite normal, its the body getting better and telling you rest, i had very little bleeding lly, everyone is different don't forget, you will know your limits, take it easy and you will be ok, hope this has helped you understand a little more, good luck to you and your new found lease of life.x Let me know how you got on.

Best place to purchase reptile supples?

I have a juvenile leopard gecko and a juvevile iguana. I am wondering where the best place is to purchase a habitat for them that will be big enough for each of them to live in when they get grown. I have seen the ones in the pet stores for my gecko that has the swing open door and was wondering if something like that is better than just a 10 gallon tank and if so, what size should I get for him. As far as the iguana, I have a 55 gallon tank for him right now, but I know that he will be out growing it sooner than later and I am looking for a great place to purchase a large enough tank for him that will work for him when he is grown. The pet stores don't really carry the iguana cages big enough for an adult iguana here and so I am looking for one online and I don't want to spend money on one that he can only use for a while. There were a number of hearings in which the accused were tried for pretty much treason, and suspicion of communism . In the play there are hearings in which the people were tried of witchcraft. McCarthyism nowadays refers to making political accusations of disloyalty, or treason without proper evidence. In the play what Abby I think was her name, was doing was McCarthyism she didn't have evidence just what she made up and the people were stupid enough to believe it just like people during the McCarthy hearings in which society was in such panic they believed him The Hollywood ten were actors among them Arthur Miller who were accused of communism. Modified or a latex thin set( water and the powder) is the best. They actually have a bit of " give" in them so if you need it it won t break tiles as readily. This"give" that the thin set has is so minimal that you can t feel it but it s there. Epoxies are not used much any more just for the opposite reason, they bond so tight that ir was breaking to many tiles. The use of construction adhesive is not a good idea either. Why would you hit your child for something the has so OBVIOUSLY learned from someone else? He is only 5 years old. Someone in the home obviously uses profanity and he learned it from them. The home is a child's most important clroom. Either he picked it up from someone in the home, from television, from friends of his parents. This sort of language has to be taught. Children aren't born knowing profanity.

Our cats get into the window sills and chew up the blinds and the curtains. This is not only annoying but I'm worried about what they might ingest - plastic and string are not a good additive to the feline diet! We live in an apartment, so I can't take the blinds down, they don't belong to me, they belong to the company that owns our building. We keep the blinds drawn because we don't live in a very safe neighborhood. I have tied up the strings to the blinds so they can't get tangled in them, but I want a real solution to keeping them out of the windows.

I suffer from chronic pain in abdominal and in the inside of my uterus?

I have constant pain in my lower abdominal area and the inside of my uterus high up which gets worse during my period but is excuriating every day. I've had a tumor and two cysts removed off of my fallopian tube and ovary. My last pap smear said I had severly abnormal pre-cancerous cells. ok, I've been smoking for a little less than a month... I started cause I've been under alot of stress, depression, and peer pressure lately... and it does help calm me down... but the weird thing is that I'm not addicted... I smoke 1 maybe 2 cigarettes a day... I do it for social reasons, and as a stress reliever... but a month is a long time, when do I become addicted?
