Can I take my prenatal vitamins with ginger ale?

my girlfriend is about 5 months preg and the doc told her to avoild any caffine. i dont know if ginger ale has caffine in it but i guess it really depends on how your body reacts and the baby reacts to it. Congratulations and Good luck :)
