I am a 40 year old who was diagnoised with a stenoic cervix while getting my yearly pap.?

I had a leep done when I was about 28 and had a child at 30 via scheduled c-sections and I've had pap's. Why have I not been diagnoised before? Is it possible that it is getting worse with time? The older I get the worse my menstral craps are, is that a symptom? There is not alot on this condition that is not conneted to being pregnant. What will happen if it does get worse? Will I have to have a hysterectomy?
