Flirting is easier done than said :-) any subtle move like slowly moving your hair from your face followed by a nice smile will most of the times let a guy know he's got the ok to approach. Offer him to take a shot wit you would be subtle. Eye contact is probably most important, look and smile frequent but don't stare. If he's interested, he will definitely come forth. If its a smoke free bar, wear a seductive perfume so that when he gets close, he's bound to stick around ;-) enjoy
