I'm guessing you are using the japanese names (m. bison), that means that jacky chan would be the last boss, definetely a breakthrough!! who would play akuma? how about Jet Li? he was an awesome bad guy in "the one" and "lethal weapon 4" and he can kick *** like nobody. I think Vin Diesel would make a good Sagat as well, but he's already reserved to play Guile (good choice), so how about huge dude who was at the beginning of the movie "Troy" who got stabbed on the neck by Achilles? it's the same huge wrestler guy on the movie "the protector" with Tony Jaa. I think Tony Jaa should be in the movie, what about he plays Adon, the muay thai fighter from the street fighter alpha series? also I think Steven Seagal should be there, since he can't even perform his own stunts (like kicking, i know it's pathetic) nowadays, the role of "Dan" from the alpha series would suit him perfectly, as they are both jokes,they even look alike! although i like james woods i don't think he should play zangief, it has to be a huge guy, like Goldberg (the wrestler, not Whoopi) lol , he was the bad guy in universal soldier 2.
