My job recently was outsourced to another state?

I recently lost my job the company moved to Tenn. I was offer another job in the company that I'm not qualifed for. I have COPD and for medical reason I refused the job. Now I'm having problems with my unemployment they stop my unemployment checks. They said my case is pending I was talking out of the job in the ambulance twice since I started the job for two years. The first time landed me in the hospital for three weeks. Can you give me any suggestion on what I need to do to get my unemployment reinstated. I'm going to see my Doctor today. I can't afford to buy my medicine or my inhaler. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated
