Need $11,000 private loan?

My Parents refused to take a parents loan, the guy they made me talk to was a complete idiot, I'm running out of time and i need an $11,000 loan. I'm well aware of the consequences of going to a college i can't afford and it's because i was forced to apply for aid late. I don't want to hear any crap about how I don't need this, I want to go upstate and at least be able to enjoy 4 years of my life. Can anyone tell me wheres the safest website to get a loan, also i have no credit card, so can i even get that money. I'd prefer people who actually took a loan before but I'm desperate, please and thank you
